چکیده
Gold nanoparticles recently showed great interest for many uses including food, drug and medical applications. The algae Undaria sp. well known as wakame in South Asia are considered to be large edible brown algae. It provides nutritious source of dietary fiber, vitamin Bs mineral. present study aimed investigate the use green synthesis metallic gold nanoparticles. synthesized were characterized physicochemical properties size measurement tested vitro their effect on viability human non-small lung cancer H-460 cell line using MTT assay. From results, able chemically form with chloroauric acid solution possibly due sulphated polysaccharides found particle sizes approximately 10 nm. stabilized by could decrease viability. However, biological activity seemed depend upon reaction time temperature. Conclusively, viability, thus indicating potential such further anticancer activity.

Introduction: Streptomyces manage the osmotic stress by collecting compatible solutes or osmolytes. Ectoine, 1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-2-methyl-4-pyrimidine carboxylic acid, and 5-hydroxyectoine are among the most common osmolytes of this bacteria and have an active role in protecting the genetic material of this microorganism as well as providing resistance to environmental pressures. In this researc...

Introduction: Radiation therapy is an important procedure for treatment of more than half of tumors. One way to increase the efficiency of radiation therapy is application of radiosensitizer at the site of tumor. gold nanoparticles (GNPs) have several characteristics that make them attractive for using with radiation therapy including small size (1–100 nm), biocompatibility, pr...

متن کاملATM induces radioresistance of non-small cell lung cancer A549 cells by downregulation of MDMX
Background: Tumor radioresistance leads to a reduction in the efficiency of radiation therapy. It is very important to explore the cellular mechanisms leading to radioresistance and to find potential therapeutic targets, which might improve the efficacy of radiation therapy. This study was to investigate the role of ataxia-telangiectasia mutated (ATM) and murine double minute X (MDMX) in radior...
